Located near Bontddu village with Dolgellau town 3.5 miles in the East and the seaside resort of Barmouth 4.5 miles in the West,both offer a wide range of independent shops,cafe’s,pubs,restaurants and attractions to enjoy. Within half a mile,crossing the estuary by the wooden toll bridge,there is the RSPB site and pub offering culinary delights and local beers. The dining table is well positioned by the window with stunning views as you enjoy a meal and plan your holiday activities. Relax in the lounge taking in the view,reading a book or watching TV before you go to retire to the cosy double bedroom. Start the day with an invigorating shower in the shower room with shower and WC and enjoy breakfast in the garden. Outside there is a slate gravel terrace with furniture and mature shrubs,perfect for alfresco dining,relaxing and embracing the wonderful surroundings and views. Characterful little cottage with good view over the estuary from the patio garden. Accessed by set of steps from the main Dolgellau to Barmouth road, it is the lower section of an old chapel and we heard no traffic noise when inside the property.
