Sunset Samana is a place unlike any other, the result of the endless creativity and imagination of the owner. The furniture and decoration is inspired by medieval times and mostly hand-made. Throughout the property peculiar artifacts will draw your attention, yet they're all practical and made to be used. Its location makes for one of the best places to watch breathtaking sunsets over the famous Rincon Bay. Each of the rooms is different in size and decoration, but all share the tranquility of the area, and an amazing view over the bay. About the neighbourhood
Located in the hills above La Payita beach, we have our own private beach and pier, but various public beaches are closeby, including La Playita, Playa Grande, Playa Rincon and Playa Colorada. We're surrounded by nature, grazing cows and horses, and a symphony of crickets at night.
Getting around
Las Galeras is a very small town, so getting around is easy on foot, or on motortaxi. Public transportation is available in the form of mini-buses at the end of the main road in town. It's a quick 5-minute car ride from where we're located. And of course, if possible we'll pick you up or drop you off in town when you're arriving or leaving.
