A modern town house within a two minute walk of the beach. All items that you would expect in a holiday rental - wi-fi, TV (with Freesat) telephone for incoming calls, comfortable beds, dishwasher, microwave etc.
Bed linen is included in rental charge. Towels (1 bath and 1 hand towel) can be provided at an extra charge of £8 per person.
Parking for two cars on the drive directly behind the house.
Rental includes a well equipped beach hut on the sea front that has deckchairs, tables, a gas hob and picnic ware. This is great in good weather as it gives some shade, a place to change in/out of swimwear and fabulous views. In cooler weather it is ideal to have somewhere to make a hot drink, be protected from winds - but still be able to have a great view. I have been letting the house for several years now and because I know the area well I am able to provide a lot of information about the area. There are many leaflets and maps in the house about local attractions and I am happy for people to contact me for further information if required. I am able to suggest dog walks, where it is easier to go with people with mobility problems, vegetarian restaurants etc.
I just have the one holiday home so you should feel free to ask me anything that you want about the local area, what to do etc.

This is a wonderful, modern, attached house very close to the sea. Range Rover sized parking was provided just outside the back garden gate. The house is lovely. Kittiwakes 3 story house with beach hut not far away. Facilities very good, clean and a cream tea was waiting when we arrived. Host very very helpful in supplying weekly independent local information on what is going on.

This house is large, 3 bedrooms, 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms and two TV/lounge areas. The kitchen is a little small but has everything you need, the freezer is the only let down, it won't take enough for a full 6 people for more than 2-3 days if you intend having frozen meals, for 2-3 people it would just be ok....
