Trevalganview is a newly refurbished holiday apartment just minutes from Marazion Beach and within walking distance to St. Michael's Mount. There is private parking and an enclosed patio to the front of the apartment which gives complete privacy whilst letting you have fabulous views to St. Michael's Mount. Patio furniture with parasol is supplied. The apartment consists of one fully equipped lounge/kitchen/diner with a separate shower room with low level wc and power shower. In the bedroom is a kingsize bed and a hair dryer is provided. Trevalganview is in a quiet private lane with a bus stop at the end for buses into Penzance, Lands End, St. Ives and Falmouth. About the neighbourhood
Marazion is great for windsurfing, walking and cycling. Marazion marshes offer pleasant walks (restricted paths) and is a mecca for bird watchers. The beaches are clean and the water clear and safe for swimmers. When the tide is out you can walk to St. Michaels Mount. When the tide is in there are small ferry boats that take you to the island costing approximately £2.00 each way. Marazion boasts good pubs who supply excellent food and also has some bistros and restaurants.
Getting around
From Penzance Station a No. 2 bus takes you direct to Marazion. In the summer months an open air bus operates which goes from Penzance to St. Ives via Marazion.

Railway: Penzance: 5.0 km
Trevalganview in Marazion is just three miles from Penzance bus and rail stations. There is a frequent bus service (No. 2 ) from Penzance bus station, which is next to the rail station, to Marazion and the bus stops at the end of the Lane. From May to September there is a bus service from Penzance to St Ives via Marazion and the bus No. is A2. Taxi 's are easily available from Penzance Station and cost approx. £8.00 one way. The main A30 road is just five minutes drive from Marazion. By road when coming into Marazion you will see a white/cream wall on the left, turn sharp left at the end if the wall into a private lane Feliskirk Lane, Trevalganview is the 5th property up.
Park in front of the wooden gate and go through to the apartment.
