Large, west facing terrace and lawned garden. Parking for two vehicles. One well behaved dog welcome, kept to the ground floor please (small additional charge). Children over 5 years are welcome, baby in his/her own moses basket welcome. WiFi. Minimum of a three night stay. Additional features Exposed beams, oak and cream limestone floors with oil-fired underfloor heating downstairs. Electric cooker, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. Hi-Fi with quality surround sound for radio/input for ipod/phone in the living area and kitchen. Telephone with honesty box, there is no mobile signal. Garden furniture and barbecue. Attractions and nearby amenities Salcombe is just a few minutes away from Mill Bay by ferry and has excellent restaurants, cafes, shops and holiday buzz. A water taxi does run in the evenings from Easter until the end of September. The area is also very well know for sea fishing. For those looking to fish CMS Phoenix Charters do operate from Salcombe. The popular restaurant and bar at Gara Rock is a quarter of a mile from the property in a spectacular position overlooking the sea (seasonal opening times). Various boat trips and boats for hire are available. The villages of East Prawle and South Pool with their pubs, cafe and shop are within four miles. The local market town of Kingsbridge is about 20 minutes. Explore historic Dartmouth, 30 minutes away. For golfing enthusiasts, Thurlestone Golf Course can be reached in under 40 minutes.
