White Gables is a modern, open plan home tucked away in the secluded Cornish village of St Newlyn East. A private 50m gravel driveway brings you up to the glazed frontage of the house. Within, there is a large kitchen with the open vaulted ceilng and large glass panes making it exceptionally light and airy, with a modern log burner to relax in front of at the end of the day. The three ground floor bedrooms comprise of two doubles (one en-suite) and a twin single. Upstairs the property boasts a 10m lounge with a large table for board games or laptop activity, modern sofas and modern TV system. An easy five minute drive down the country lanes brings you to Holywell Bay, one of the fantastic beaches on the infamously beautiful North Cornwall coastline between Newquay and Perranporth, with neighbouring Crantock and Polly Joke beaches, linked by the coast path through the dunes and rugged cliff tops. The property is available for summer holiday rentals on a weekly basis, suitable for multiple couples or families, looking for easy access to the North Cornwall coastline, Newquay and Truro, with the ability to retreat from the busy tourist centres to the tranquil village after your day's exploring.More

We really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely clean, modern & in a Lovely village setting. There was everything you need, apart from the cooker being very slow to heat & food taking a long time to cook. There was even a bbq for summer cooking...More

Great house for me, my wife and 5 kids. Clean & tidy with everything we needed for a week. Log burner was great to if only to dry beach towels. Fab time had by all.

How to get there
By road, St Newlyn East is very easy and straight forward to find. Heading westbound on the A30, exit at Mitchell (also signposted St Newlyn East). Drive straight through Mitchell passing the The Plume of Feathers on your left. Continue on, following the lane 3km to the small village of St Newlyn East. Drive straight on, along the winding lane passing the church on your right. Continue over the crossroads and take the next right, Neeham Road (also signposted for Village Hall). White Gables (1a) is the first right (opposite Rivendell), down a 50m gravel drive.
