Plus a sunny terrace off of the lounge and a ground floor store room of 12 sq.m. All newly renovated and restored with quality fittings and furniture and all brand new beds. Reversible air conditioning and radiators.

The home is fully furnished and fully equipped including washing machine, dryer and dish washer.
