Cottage
The lodge is a lovely cottage in a prime location in the Dales market town of Masham in Lower Wensleydale, close to the famous Black Sheep Brewery and the White Bear Hotel. The lodge interior has been completely renovated to a high standard leaving some original features like the old stable door and oak beams.
It is approximately 2 minutes walk from the market square, where market day takes place on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Masham has some superb pubs and cafes and has many activities and shows throughout the year.
This cosy, little cottage is a fantastic spot for taking day trips to many famous places in the area, like Ripon, Harrogate, York, and the Yorkshire dales.

Wonderful place to stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at The Lodge, it was very comfortable and had everything you would need. Milk, coffee, tea and biscuits and a bottle of locally brewed Black Sheep beer were there for us too which was very nice.
Masham is a lovely little market town, places like York and Knaresborough are an easy drive from here too.
We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!!!!
