Villa Lido Fiori is a bright and modern holiday villa in walking distance to the sandy beach of Lido Fiori, near Menfi and Porto Palo. The villa got its name from the nearby sand dunes of the long sandy beach. The villa and location is perfectly suited for a relaxing beach holiday with family and friends, and/or as a base for a cultural trip to see the famous sights in the area including the Archaeological site of Selinunte (one of Europe’s most extensive finds) and the ‘Valley of the Temples’ in Agrigento. Lido Fiori, the beach near the villa is awarded the blue flag annually for its outstanding water quality. The interesting little quaint town of Porto Palo can be reached via the beach (35 minutes) or by car within 10 minutes.

Layout: Stylish living/dining room with open kitchen (American style with kitchen island), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom (two single beds), 1 twin bedroom (bunk beds), 1 bathroom with shower and WC.

Outdoors: Spacious Terrace with patio furniture and sunbeds, outdoor shower with warm water and a Medittaeranean garden surrounding the villa. The long sandy beach of Lido Fiori is in 400 meters distance and can easily be reached on foot.

Porto Palo which lies 3km on foot via the beach, or 6km driving distance from the villa, offers some nice fish restaurants worth a visit, Menfi city offers supermarkets and a weekly market. The closest grocery store to the villa is in 300 meters distance and restaurant in 150 m dicstance.

Not to miss are the Archaeolocial sites of Selinunte (Europes most extensive Archaeolocial find) and Segesta as well as the wold famous 'Valley of the Temples' in Agrigento. From here you can also visit the the Egadi Ilands for a day trip, the salt Pans of Marsala and Trapani and the city of Mazara del Vallo with its beautifully preserved ‘Kasbah’, the only remaining one in Europe today.

Rental prices include: Gas, water, 140 kWh electricity consumption/week, linen and towels, final cleaning and Wifi. Cot and highchair inclusive on request.

Extra costs payable in cash at destination: Additional electricity consumption (where applicable) EUR 0.40 per kWh, refundable security deposit EUR 300. If requested late check-in EUR 30 for arrivals between 21:00h and 0:00 h.
