The property has 3.8 ha. with natural forest, gardens and area that was reforest with native and fruit species, after buying the property. It is located on the western slope of the Tenorio Volcano National Park, so we are part of its buffer zone. Wildlife is protected and respected. The entire natural area has trails and constant maintenance. The profile of the Miravalles Volcano to the west is observed. About the neighbourhood
Bijagua is a district of Upala, it is located between the Tenorio Volcano National Park and currently Miravalles National Park, these are part of the Guanacaste Volcanic Mountain Range, both form the Tenorio - Miravalles Biological Corridor, which connects with the Tilarán Mountain Range where it is located the Arenal Volcano. Getting around
Route 6 connects the forest and pampas dry Guanacasteca with the wetlands of the humid forest of Upala and Caño Negro, this is the land of the indigenous Maleku, a group that maintains its traditions and language.
