The spacious living room features a log burning stove as well as central heating. The high vaulted ceiling, together with the full length windows, maximises the use of all available light and space. There is a large pine dining table with plenty of space to seat ten people plus high chair and two large sofas and two easy chairs.

Fitted farmhouse-style kitchen fully equipped with all modern conveniences. Separate cloakroom with WC. Two ground floor bedrooms with en-suite facilities, both with double showers.

The two first floor galleried landings at either end of the barn both lead to en-suite bedrooms one of which is a family room which is comprised of one double room connected through a curtained doorway with a twin-bed room sharing a double shower and en suite facilities..

About the neighbourhood
Porchfield is a small hamlet between Cowes and Yarmouth surrounded by green fields and copses. There are good walks from the village, one starts opposite the pub where there is a lane leading down to a farmyard and on to the shoreline, a lovely walk at any time of the year. Another walk leads off the main road from Porchfield to Cowes takes you to the Coastal path to West Cowes.

Buntshill Barns are ideally situated, as it is only 15 minutes drive from the car ferry port of Yarmouth, and just 10 minutes drive from Cowes and the yacht havens. Newport, the county town is 15 minutes drive where Sainburys and Morrisons are situated. Tescos will deliver online orders.
