Terrace is south facing with table, 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds for those of you who are sun worshippers. There is also a large gated communal pool on the development with a kiddies splash pool for those with small children.
A cot & highchair can also be provided upon request.
Linen, bath/hand/tea towels are all provided but you do need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
WIFI is free with this apartment.

Fantastic apartment in a spotless, quiet complex. We loved the private south facing patio as it was very sheltered and sunny until 3 - 4pm. Location is perfect, 10 minutes from the airport and just a short stroll from the beach and a number of high quality restaurants. We have stayed in Puerto del Carmen a number of times but this was our 1st time in Matagorda - it certainly won't be our last! We intended returning to some of our favourite restaurants in PDC but because of the number of fantastic local restaurants just down the road we never made it! Although it was a very windy week, the weather was great - warm sunshine most of the week and even though the daylight hours are much shorter in November, the evenings were still very mild. Rachel has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and we will definitely return. We've already recommended the apartment to a number of friends and family. Thanks very much Rachel:)

Modern, clean and very quiet location
I wish I'd booked an extra week!
This apartment is lovely; perfect location with a small supermarket just around the corner and the beach and a larger selection of shops, restaurants and bars within around ten minutes stroll.
Very clean, well equipped and with a very private terrace. The pool area is also extremely clean and the whole complex just has a very chilled, quiet vibe.
I will definitely be back!

fantastic apartment
what a find this apartment was.We are here now it has everything and more for a S/C holiday
We eat out when away so not used cooker or microwave but everything you can think of seems to be there.The aparment itself is exactly what the photo's show you. This is our 1st child free holiday in 30 years and it has been one of the most fantastic holidays ever
Rachel the owner has been brilliant reponding to any questions/queries I had.We would very much recommend this apartment and are looking forward to returning to Lanzarote with our youngest son in July but unfortunately it wont be to here as im pretty much sure its booked for the dates we want so will have to book for next year.
Shops supermarkets resturants are 10 minutes walk away and its only €4 in taxi to PDC strip or you can get the bus to the old town for €1,40 from squre in matagorda a taxi is €3 back to the apartment if you dont want to carry shopping etc back

A great stay at this lovely apartment!
This was our first time in Lanzarote and won’t be our last. Rachael’s apartment was just like the pictures, it was spacious and the bed was really comfy...plenty of wardrobe space, kitchen and bathroom was furnished to a high degree! The outside complex is clean and well maintained, we enjoyed the luxury of having our own patio space to relax on the sun beds. Rachel was a pleasure to deal with! The whole apartment was spotless and we will definitely be staying there again.

Return stay to this fantastic, clean, modern apartment.
This was our 3rd stay at the apartment.
Everything is still as clean and comfortable as the 1st time.
The apartment has everything you need and we made good use of the washing machine this time and travelled a little lighter.
The complex itself is really well maintained and in a nice quiet area, but still only 5-10 min walk to shops, bars and the seafront.
Rachel the owner is very good with communication and answers any questions etc, very quickly.
We will have no hesitation about returning again.

1st Class Apartment
We've been staying here for the past 3 years, escaping the British winter months.
Well equipped, well decorated South facing apartment within a lovely quiet friendly well maintained complex with a great pool.
Situated close to and within easy reach of the beach and all the amenities of Matagorda.
5 minute taxi ride from the airport.
Ideal base for exploring the island either by bus or hire car.
Would definitely recommend for a relaxing quiet holiday.

Immaculate, clean, lovely one bed apartment
Lovely location, nice and quiet for time of year. Lovely communal swimming pool, and everything local 10 mins walk away. Beach and promenade is amazing. Thanks for a lovely stay Rachel.

Fabulous apartment

Amazing apartment
Wow - what a find!
I had the pleasure of staying in the apartment for a week in October. There was everything you could possibly need, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, all kitchen utensils etc... great WiFi and english TV channels.
The apartment was immaculate throughout and had a lovely modern feel, the bed was really comfortable and the shower powerful.
The pool was fantastic and neighbors friendly and welcoming.
I received excellent communication from Rachel from the initial enquiry to booking our stay and aftercare. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for somewhere central to stay in Matagorda. We will be staying again :-)

Matagorda is the quieter end of the busy resort of Puerto del Carmen. It is popular for families and the elderly due to the flat seafront promenade with the vast choice of restaurants and bars just a few minutes walk from the apartment. Great beaches for a relaxing holiday or for the kiddies, with Rancho Texas Zoo and Water Park only a few minutes drive.
Getting around
The nearest bus stop is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment located just below Costa Sal apartments on the lower road and can take you into the centre of Puerto del Carmen, which is the busier area for bars, shops and restaurants. Buses also go to the resort of Playa Blanca, Costa Teguise and the capital of Arrecife.

Arrecife airport is only 5 minutes drive from the apartment, you can jump in a taxi that are readily available when you come out of the doors and this will cost a few euros alternatively if you are hiring a car there is plenty of road parking around the outskirts of the complex.
