All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TVs, wardrobes, mosquito screens and balconies with great views either to the sea or to the mountains. There is also a fully equipped room with washing machine, dryer, iron, iron board and storage cupboards. At the external area of the villa there is a well maintained swimming pool with sun loungers, gardens with ornamental plants, children’s playground and BBQ area. Villa Kokalis is good for couples, families (with kids), groups and for those who are searching for peace, tranquility and privacy. Car parking with secured gate is also available. Other things to note: Upon your arrival a welcome treat (water, wine, coffee, juice, milk, bread, butter, jam) is offered. Safe box available. Swimming Pool and Garden maintenance daily. All that we can ask from the tenants is to respect the Villa. From 08:00 until 09:00 there is daily garden and swimming pool maintenance. When guests are out from the villa, all A/Cs and lights have to be turned off. Fail to comply to this rule will have as a result an additional charge of the electricity used. Pets are allowed upon request. Smoking is allowed at designated areas.

About the neighbourhood
The property is located within an olive groove in the traditional village of Ano Gouves. This village with its long history has a lot to offer to the visitors: churches, traditional cafes, and caves. The chapel of St. Constantine in a grove of pine trees, located by the sea, is worth visiting. For a family outing, visit the CretAquarium and see a wide variety of Mediterranean fish. All children enjoy a day visit to the nearby Water Parks. For the most adventurous a visit to the Cave of Skotino Village is a must-do. There you can combine caving and mountaineering. Alternately, swim and enjoy the sun all day long in the sandy beaches with the crystal-clear water.
Getting around
Car rental is recommended. Villa Kokalis is located in a tourist resort called Ano Gouves, 18 kms from Heraklion and 17 kms from the airport. GPS coordinates will be provided in order to make sure that the guests will be able to find the villa with the easiest way.
