In the heart of the Thones Valley, between Lake Annecy and the Aravis resorts, a beautiful gîte in an old renovated traditional farm in the region. Free access to the outdoor spa.
Beautiful gite of 40 m², labeled Gîtes de France 2 ears, on the ground floor, for 4/5 people (2 bedrooms) composed of:
- a fitted kitchen (including a fridge with freezer, 3-burner vitro hob and extractor hood, a dishwasher, raclette and fondue sets),
- a living room with TV,
- a bathroom / shower,
- an independent WC,
- 1st bedroom of 8 m² (140x200 bed),
- 2nd bedroom of 8 m² with 2 beds in a 90 x 190 pull-out bed and a 90 x 190 mezzanine bed for a child,
