The farm is surrounded by nature, comprising 120 m2 of living space with parking, terrace, garden, kitchen, living room, dining room, shower room, toilet, 3 bedrooms including a small bedroom adjoining the house. The first floor is reserved for the owner who lives there without opposite and with an independent entrance. The price includes: (sheets, wood for the fireplace, water, electricity, heating, cleaning ....) Everything is included. For the winter season, provide equipment suitable for the vehicle.(snow tires and snow chains or snow socks) Possibility to park below in case of heavy snowfall.
