The modern kitchen contains an eye level grill and oven, large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, four ring electric hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster and plenty of cupboard space. A great deal of cutlery is provided together with crockery plus a selection of kitchen utensils, pots, pans and even a large pan for cooking mussels or clams!
The sitting room is large with a big comfy futon sofa and two matching chairs, There is a 32' colour TV, a WiFi router (the WiFi is fast), a dining table with four chairs and a coffee table. A very large double patio door (with curtains for privacy) opens to a terraced area and then on to a small, private and secure hedge lined, south facing garden with views across a large lawn to a manor house (now converted into apartments). There's a small outside shed containing bicycles, all of which are free to be used by tenants. We accept no responsibility for any accidents or malfunctions whilst the bikes are being used.

Sehr gute Lage. Der schlüsselzylinder könnte mal ausgetauscht werden. Es ist schon ein bisschen schwierigt die Tür zu öffnen. Betten gut. Alles sauber. Die Schränke sind ziemlich voll mit persönlichen Sachen. Da kann man nichts unterbringen. Insgesamt aber zu empfehlen.

Très agréable
Le petit cottage du Hameau Virginia est vraiment très agréable. Situé au calme et pourvu qu'un joli jardinet, il est bien aménagé et dispose de tout afin de passer un bon séjour. De plus la communication avec le propriétaire est facile et fort courtoise. En somme un bel endroit pour des vacances sereines

Cosy holiday home - dog friendly
Great holiday location with no end of places to visit and things to do. Le Crotoy has lots of places to eat and a lovely beach. Hameau Virginia is in a quiet area that is close to a well stocked supermarket and petrol station and short walk to the beach and port. The house was very clean & well equipped. Outside small patio with table/chairs/parasol in enclosed garden - much appreciated. Bed very comfortable. Good to have allocated off-road parking. Owner was very helpful in providing information on locality, restaurants etc and also recommended an excellent vet in nearby town of Rue.

Séjour très sympa
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette jolie maison au Crotoy. Maison très agréable avec un jardin croquignolet à souhait. Proche du centre ville et de la baie. À côté du carrefour et de la station d’essence. Emplacement central pour visiter la baie de somme lors de ce joli festival des oiseaux : balade au parc du Marquenterre, balade avec les phoques 😍, petit train à vapeur et pique-nique à la plage ! Nous reviendrons

Magnifique !
Une location idéalement située en Baie de Somme, avec un supermarché accessible à pied. La maison est très calme et sans circulation routière. Le propriétaire a été d'une grande disponibilité et très accueillant.
Une très bonne expérience que je recommande. Idéal pour un couple avec 2 ados et un enfant de moins de trois ans.

Séjour très correct
Nous avons apprécié la proximité des plages et du supermarché, ainsi que la possibilité d'emprunter des vélos ( état moyen des vélos).
Problème de communication car le courriel d'accueil ne m'est pas parvenu entier et des informations importantes manquaient.
Sinon séjour agréable.
L'environnement de la baie est enchanteur.

Stay at LevCrotoy
The house was advertised two bathrooms two bedrooms on TripAdvisor. Only a sink and bath upstairs and downstairs toilet. My husband has knee problems and could not manage to get downstairs in the night so had to sleep on the put you up bed downstairs. We also have a handicapped son who I had to take downstairs at night. There was a portopoti in the bathroom. There was no way we would use that!! The house is in a good area, short walk to sea front and small supermarket very close by.

En entrant le sol était Collant du a un lavage avec un produit non approprié.On trouvé des pommes de terre et des saucisses dans le micro ondes.Pas assez de verres pour boire.
Wifi fonctionne par intermittence.
Douchette en mauvais état.
Ménage a revoir.

Je m'excuse, car ces oublis étaient une erreur mineure. Cela arrive mais, comme vous pouvez le voir sur d'autres critiques, très rarement. J'ai recruté une femme de ménage car je ne pouvais pas me rendre à la maison d'Angleterre, car elles étaient impossibles pendant la période occupée. Je vais consulter le nettoyeur sur cette question extraordinaire.
Merci pour vos commentaires, cependant ces plaintes sont très mesquines.

Logement très calme, idéal pour le repos
Logement au calme, très bien équipé, tout proche du Carrefour Contact & à deux pas du centre ville. Cuisine équipée et petite épicerie disponible à l'arrivée ( à renouveler bien sur). Couchages très confortables. Vélos à disposition.

Le Crotoy is a unique south facing village situated in the Baie de Somme on the Picardy coastline, near the Normandy border.
The Baie de Somme is approximately a one and a half hour drive southwards on the A16 Péage in the direction of Amiens and Paris. It has four villages around it, Le Crotoy which is in the middle of the bay, Noyelles, with the main line station to Amiens and Paris Gare du Nord, St Valery sur Somme at the southerly entrance to the Somme Canal and rivers and Le Hourdel, another fishing village on the eastern top entrance to The Bay. Le Crotoy is just a few kilometers south of Le Marquenterre, a bird sanctuary set in the mountainous pine tree dunes and the huge lakes on the north of the bay which is open to the public.

How to get there
When leaving The Port of Calais you will automatically join the main road heading around the town. After a few kilometres follow the signs to Boulogne. You will then join the A16 which becomes a toll road at Boulogne at the south side of a long viaduct. Take a ticket from the automatic booth. At Junction 24 leave the motorway. There is an automated barrier within a few hundred metres so please ensure that you either have Euros to hand (can be notes and it does give change)or a credit/debit card will also suffice. After leaving the toll take the second exit on the roundabout follow all signs to Le Crotoy. Always remember to drive on the right in France.
