A 25-minute drive from Burgas, the family friendly St Nicholas Holiday Villlage complex is situated on Tsar's Beach in an EU-designated eco-zone between the Black Sea town of Chernomoretz and Sozopol.

The apartment is NON SMOKING.

The duplex (maisonette) measures 155 m², including the terraces. The two bedrooms are situated on the 2nd floor and open onto a large sea-facing terrace. One bedroom offers a queen bed, the other a full bed. The kitchen, dining room and living room and two additional terraces are located downstairs. A sofa bed in the living room can sleep two guests. Each room has air conditioning.

Baby cots, baby bath, bouncy seats and high chairs can be provided.

Located between the historic town of Sozopol and the quiet village of Chernomorets, St. Nicholas Holiday Village is in the Chervenka Villa Zone on Tzar's Beach, which sits on the southern portion of Bulgaria's Black Sea Coast, on a peninsula in the bay of Burgas between the Akra and Talasakra capes. We are located just 25 km south of Burgas, and 8 km away from Sozopol (The apartment looks out onto Sozopol across the bay and a steps from the aparment take you directly down to the beach, which is in front of the complex).
