Willow 1 is based in Broadstairs in a small modern development, based on a small estate, it is quiet with low levels of traffic. It has a garden with benches for out door dining. There is a large lounge dining area with flat-screen TV. On the ground floor there are 2 single bedrooms and 1 double bedroom. There is also a ground floor utility room with a toilet and shower, the ground floor bedrooms and shower are great for families. The first floor has 2 single bedrooms and 1 double bedroom, there is also a family bathroom with shower above the bath. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped to enable meals to be prepared and served for the whole family. Great last minute booking for a large group. Probably a university let during the year but very well maintained. Does need to have some basics such as washing up liquid and sponges.

Thank you for your feedback. No it isnt a university let. We do normally provide these basics and we apologise if they were taken by the last guest and this was missed by house keeping. They will be replaced now we have been advised.

Visiting family nearby, the house and location were just what we needed. Very clean and as described. No fussy objects, just everything that we needed. New, basic clean furniture all very 'no nonsense'. Good for taking a dog, there is a walk - turn right...More

In addition to all major stores this contains restaurants, cinemas and a casino The main beach and town is a five minute drive away.
Getting around
Broadstairs Station is the nearest but it is also close to Ramsgate which has the fast rail link from London. Central to all the towns which are accessible be any of the buses that run past.
