You are welcome to enjoy our 4 star rated holiday home near Porthmadog. Ideal for family reunions up to 8 people, Artist Cottage is a lovely 4 bedroom villa with un beatable sea views from all rooms. Portmeirion village, its 'wild' gardens and foreshore is within walking distance where there are small shops, cafes and top rated restaurants.We particularly recommend seeing the steam trains of the Ffestiniog narrow gauge railway pass by about 500m away, climb Snowdon mountain which is just of 30 minutes drive and swim in the sea off Black Rock Sands. We offer linen, central heating, internet access, bike storage, cots & high chairs and even have a companion wheelchair for granny.Four BEDROOMS: On the 1st floor is a kingsize en-suite bedroom with a child's single (2' 6') with an en-suite shower room and WC including a small TV and iPod dock. On the ground floor, one double, one twin and one single bedrooms on ground floor. Bed linen is provided, and towels are available to FlipKey guests.BATHROOM/WC with shower over the bath and shower room/WC on the ground floor.KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM has cottage style fitted units with ceramic hob and double oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. UTILITY ROOM has a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. DINING ROOM with refectory table, TV and viewsCONSERVATORY features stunning views, a rocking chair and comfortable seating.In the LOUNGE is a Sky freeview TV, VCR and electric or open fire (normally an extra £25 charge by prior arrangement with the owner, included FREE for FlipKey guests).Private and enclosed GARDEN with elevated terrace, views and garden furniture and BBQ. Nice, well equipped property with plenty of room. Great location with lovely views from all windows and garden. Very peaceful. Perfect location to visit Portmerion which is easily reached by foot via the lane from the gate. Property is very spacious and comfortable.
