My daughter and I spent 3 nights in this gorgeous cottage. It is beautifully decorated and has all the mod cons. Very clean and comfortable and on arrival we received a Welcome pack with fresh eggs from the owners chickens! The cottage is very peaceful...More

Everything is included that you will need for a relaxing holiday. Friendly owners are nearby if required for any queries. The location couldn't be better. Quiet country village but close to Budleigh Salterton and it's various array of artisan shops and facilities. Check out the...More

Excellence amenities in a lovely modern cottage. Very thoughtful welcome pack. Close to the beautiful beach at Budleigh Salterton and the river Otter at Otterton village mill.

About the neighbourhood
Staying at Jasmine Cottage provides everything that you might want from a Devon based holiday. The lovely village of East Budleigh has a children's park, with static table tennis table. The tennis court can be used on an ad-hoc basis. You can walk on to Woodbury Common, and the Coastal path easily from the village and a short drive or cycle will get you to the famous pebbles of Budleigh beach. Good quality independent shops can be found in the beautiful seaside towns of Sidmouth, Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton nearby. East Budleigh itself plays host to a very well equipped community store and 17th Century pub with a lovely atmosphere and good pub food.
Getting around
An hourly bus runs through the village during the day times but for more flexibility to see the sites a car will provide you more scope to go a little further afield...

There is an allocated parking space in the courtyard immediately in front of the cottage. The car park for visitors can be found just a 1 minute walk away. If travelling by air or train, we can arrange a taxi transfer (20 minutes) for your arrival. By car, we are just 15 minutes from junction 30 of the M5.
