If the owner gets a legitimate complaint you will be promptly evicted from the property. Quiet Time is 10PM

Couldn't have been better for our large family!

We needed a space for 21 people for a family reunion. This house had everything we needed! We played games. We played pool. We swam in pool and hot tub. We slept well. We ate well using both indoor and outdoor kitchens. We loved this...More

Nice roomy with good view works well for large group.

We enjoyed our stay, had lots of room to visit with all the family. Close to groceries, shopping, and handy to freeway. Works great for out of town visitors.

Enjoyable stay in Albuquerque.

We enjoyed a three night stay at the unique and spacious mountain view home. We were able to cook, entertain guests and found beds/couches/air mattresses to sleep 15. The pool and hot tub were a hit.
