Please no smoking inside the home, pets over 25lbs or more than one pet may require an additional cleaning fee please inquire about pets before booking, when using the gym please leave it as you found it, It is a quiet neighborhood so please no loud noise after 10pm.

Beautiful casa! Exceeded expectations! Perfect view of Sandia Mountains from covered patio! Roadrunners, hot air balloons, and great hosts! Located minutes from Old Town, Rio Grande Nature Center, and great restaurants! Gated entry- very safe. Will return soon!

About the neighbourhood
This house is located near the river in an older established neighborhood. The home is located behind two homes one being my home and the other being my neighbor who is a renown sculpture artist. The home stands on its own and has lots of privacy as well is very secure with an automatic gate for vehicle entry and exit. There is access behind the home to walk to rio grande Blvd or walk along the irrigation ditches to access farmed land where you can observe birds year round.
Getting around
Most everything in the Albuquerque metro area is 15 minutes or less driving from the house. Besides Uber and Lyft, having a vehicle is best. There are two great restaurants a 10 minute walk from the house. Flying star is a breakfast, lunch and dinner cafe and coffee restaurant. El Patio is a wonderful Mexican restaurant also open for breakfast (9am S S, 11am T-F), lunch and dinner.
