You will also find a fully appointed kitchen, dining area, office flooded with natural light, and a very spacious bathroom. It is totally private but connected to a large breezeway situated between your flat and the main house. In addition, you have your own private patio with gas grill and seating areas. Dogs are welcome upon approval and will be charged at a rate of $10. per night. We share the washer/dryer with our guests. It is located in the garage which is part of the same building as the suite. All washing supplies furnished. Situated in Historic Albuquerque which was largely developed in the early 20th Century. Mature trees line the streets and we have your parking space off-street in our driveway. A two-door walk puts you at a bus stop; a 20-minute walk will put you at the central station for trains, buses, Amtrak & Greyhound. And we are generously served by Uber and Lyft.More

Specifically, it is two houses north of the intersection of Lomas Blvd. and 14th St NW in the most walkable of neighborhoods in the city.
