A pretty ground floor garden apartment set in a privileged location, just a few minutes stroll to Javea Port, it's local Beach and the old Town. The apartment is in a perfect spot and ideal for couples or friends wanting to get away from it all, situated beside the beautiful pool and Jacuzzi area, all set around open views. It is South/West facing and has a small private garden that is filled with sunshine from mid morning until the very end of the day, in fact the pool gardens just outside the gate receive the sun very early in the morning where it remains for the whole day. Inside there are sliding doors from both the living room and bedroom that lead onto a tiled covered terrace that has a dining table and chairs for those great outdoor meals, here you'll also find two sunbeds and a parasol for your use which you may take out to the pool area if you wish. From the small private garden you step outside the gate into the well maintained area by the pool that has a good size swimming pool and a Jacuzzi that can be used via the push of a button whenever you fancy. The gardens are beautifully looked after and full of well established flowers and plants with a few shady trees dotted here and there with some permanent straw umbrellas that provide some welcome shade. The views around the pool are of the surrounding Javea hills and villas, along with a spectacular view of the Mongo mountain that can be seen in all its glory from the apartment terrace. The pool area is very relaxing and even in the height of summer never overly crowded, always managing to maintain an enjoyable yet tranquil space with plenty of room in the pool for those wishing to enjoy it. The apartment is ideal for couples, young and older seeking a relaxing break in peaceful surroundings right beside the lovely pool and Jacuzzi and close enough to walk to Javea Port, with it's local beach and plentiful bars and restaurants. Situated in a small complex of just 26 quality apartments that are of a high standard with marble floors, underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout. There is a small but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, cafetiere, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The living room has air conditioning, a dining table and chairs, widescreen TV with Satellite providing English/Spanish channels, plus a dvd player (with a selection of dvd films to watch). The TV also has a built in radio/ cd player for your entertainment. There is also newly installed optic fiber wifi in the apartment. The bedroom has air conditioning and a ceiling fan above a very comfortable king size bed, with built in wardrobes and sliding doors out to the covered terrace and garden area. A fine holiday apartment you won't be disappointed in (well after all, that's how we found it) nestled perfectly between the port (at just a few minutes flat level walk away) and the old town (a 15 minute walk, though do note, some is uphill). Note, smoking is only permitted outside in the garden and on the terrace please. Sorry pets are not allowed. There is a final cleaning charge of £60 per booking along with a small damage deposit of £100 that will be fully refunded if there are no damages at the end of the rental period (a one week stay is normally required, but where there may be shorter periods available on the calendar, please make an inquiry). The apartment is ideal for longer Winter lets due to its location and South/West facing aspect, meaning it's sun facing for the majority of the day until sunset. It also has underfloor heating and free parking all around the apartment. Note that all Summer rentals between June and mid September are from Saturday to Saturday. Please ask for a quote for winter 2019/20 if you are interested in a longer stay. We also have a fantastic south facing 2 bedroom garden apartment very close by if you are interested. About the neighbourhood
The apartment has a superb location in a peaceful community within walking distance to the local port, it's beach (10 minutes) and the old town (15 minutes, some uphill). The Arenal beach is a 30 minute walk and has a wide sandy beach with lots of busy bars/restaurants and is generally more busier with tourists. The beach close to the apartment is a lot more laid back and has restaurants and bars around it too. All these locations are walkable though a car is recommended to discover the nearby town of Denia (15 mins drive) with it's long sandy beaches and Moraira (25 mins drive) which is very pretty and has two lovely beaches.
