An attractive townhouse located a few minutes walk from the natural, rocky coastline but also just a 5 minute walk to the Arenal beach. In an elegant development built to high standards. Just a few steps from the spacious, private patio at the front of the house are the residents gardens - cool lawns, swimming pool and a large, shady, paved area. On the ground floor a glazed entrance porch leads to the front door and into the living room. An American (open) kitchen leading is conveniently next to the dining area, while the small lobby containing the cloakroom, and stairs to the first floor, are at the rear of the lounge area. Lovely outdoor patio with large table and chairs . Indoors lounge furniture a bit heavy especially for Summer , Kitchen was functional but needs a better stove/cooker as power inconsistent even at the maximum . We ate outside . Bedrooms were fine and beds comfy...More

The complex and location were perfect. The garden villa was clean and functional but it could do with updating.Even just nice white bed linen and fluffy towels would give it a lift! I also thought the kitchen crockery and glasses etc coud do with being...More

About the neighbourhood
The apartment is located approximately 400 meters (7 minute walk) from the main Arenal beach, shops and restaurants of Javea. All that you could need is within walking distance.
Getting around
A car is not a necessary requirement for this property as it is located less than 400 meters from the main sandy beach of Javea and various supermarkets. The terrain is mostly flat with large, well maintained pavements and roads to all the local amenities. Javea also operates a very good and well priced bus system and timetable for getting about locally and accessing the Port or Old Town of Javea. However, it may be convenient to have a car for trips further afield or to other towns along the Costa Blanca.
