This cosy three-room holiday apartment with water view is located in a house with 7 apartments directly on the connecting road between the island of Poel and the Hanseatic city of Wismar, on a playful backwater of the Baltic Sea on a 7,500 m² natural water property on the beautiful island of Poel, in the quaint island village of Fährdorf. Note: because of the surrounding thatched houses, using fireworks on New Year's Eve is not permitted! The apartments are only about 100 m away from the private, natural water access, where 2 canoes can be rented for free. Children can play ideally at this shallow water section (not so suitable for bathing). The sandy beaches of Timmendorf and Gollwitz are only 5 km away!.
