Stay for a summer mountain experience or for winter snow sports. This large condo in in the beautiful Snowcreek III park-like development has the lowest number of condo units per acre in Mammoth. Great views of Mammoth Mountain to the west and the Sherwin Mountains to the south. The condo is situated on the edge of a 30 acre meadow and a small creek runs in front.
Very private unit with no parking lot lights or noise. The condo has been upgraded with new floors and kitchen counters. New doors and windows eliminate winter drafts and cold spots.
The unit has three bedrooms on the lower floor each containing a queen size bed. Additionally, there is a loft above the dining area that contains two twin beds. Total capacity is 8 persons. As the townhouse is a second home I am usually in Orange County while a rental is in progress. I email an information package and keys about 6-8 days before the rental. I will supply my cell phone number and email address so guests can contact me if problems occur during their stay.

This Condo was in a great location with beautiful, well-maintained grounds. There is so much to do here: Fishing, hiking, mountain bike riding, snow skiing etc. Mammoth is one of our family's favorite place to go, both in summer and winter. I highly recommend this...More

About the neighbourhood
This mountain view condo is part of the Snowcreek Resort on the south side of Mammoth Lakes. It is on Snowcreek Road, a private condo-use only road with little traffic. The unit is near the end of the road and situated facing the Snowcreek Meadow. The first photo included gives a idea of the location. The buildings are well spaced apart to have a low density park-like setting which is among the best in Mammoth Lakes. The grounds are maintained to high standards and many condos are occupied by owners that care about the property and alert the resident manager of any parking or other problems. It is about a 6-8 minute drive to the Juniper Springs Ski lift. In summer and fall one is not cooped up in the condo, but can sit outside on the lawn chairs provided and read or have lunch.

Airport: Mammoth-Yosemite: 16.0 km
Mammoth Lakes is off Highway 395, about 46 miles north of Bishop. One departs 395 onto Route 203 for about 3 miles to get into the Town.
Google search of 417 Snowcreek Road, Mammoth Lakes should provide a map of the town, and designate the Townhouse on 417 Snowcreek Rd. This is not the same as 'Snowcreek Resort' which will show about a half mile away on Old Mammoth Road.
