Condo has upscale amenities and all new furnishings including wood cabinets, granite counter, crown moldings, a breakfast bar , stainless-steel appliances,living room area, flat screen TV with cable access. Internet, and a large master suite with private bath and guest bedroom with full size bed. A second bathroom oversize tub and shower, up-scale fixtures and separate washer and dryers in the unit.

Property is also located near Tampa, Sarasota, Siesta Key Beach(rated #1 2013), and Anna Maria Island. The Pittsburgh Pirates, Baltimore Orioles, NY Yankees training facilities, IMG/Bolleteri Tennis Academy, Regatta-World Class Rowing, Professional Polo Club and a soccer Club are nearby. Disney World, EPCOT center and Universal Studios in Orlando, among other resort destinations are less than two hours away. Downtown Sarasota has the Opera, symphony, ballet and theater all of which are a short distance away. The condo is no smoking.
Small pets only need to confirm size prior to booking. Owner speaks english,spanish,french,german,dutch,&italian.
