No smoking anywhere on property. Mind pool noise, after 10 pm is quite time as the neighbors have to work, even if you don't, yea! No parties unless authorized by host. No bookings to anyone under 28 unless authorized by host. This is a great house and everyone loves it. Just communicate with me on anything you think I need to know. Thank You!

Feels like Home

Stayed here from 11/10/16-11/14/16! ( Just got home! ) Previous renter - this house is absolutely amazing - very clean and close to everything! Owners are great to work with when renting the house! Planning next year's trip already!

Our Vacation Home is in West Bradenton close to beaches. We are surrounded by every amenity that Florida living has to offer. The Pine Lakes neighborhood has sidewalks, manicured yards, easy access to public transportation and only a short walk to Schools, Parks, Hospital and Churches. We chose this area because we live here and know this area best suites travelers, without being penned in by hotel, condo and villa life. When we travel we choose this type of vacation rental, and have always been so pleased and we never forget those vacations.
