Holiday Rental House
The Bungalow was built in 1919 with recent renovations to kitchen, bath and dining room. It has unique character, an amazing location and all in all a wonderful feel! This is a furnished two bedroom, one bath; with a dining room, den and kitchen. There is a futon in the den that is appropriate for two adult. Both beds are queen sized. There is a great front porch for taking it all in. There is a pack n play & child gates if that is desired. There is a small front yard with flowers, a berry patch and veggies growing in season. There is a quaint front porch that overlooks downtown and a gorgeous Weeping Willow tree. There is permitted on street parking directly in front of house. It is perfect for up to six guests and families are encouraged. About the neighbourhood
Our thriving 5 Points Neighborhood has been called a great mix of fine and funky, consisting mostly of 1920s and 30s vintage bungalow style homes. We are nestled between downtown and UNC Asheville, a short walk to either. The Reeds Creek Greenway, The UNC Asheville Experimental Forest & the Botanical Gardens are all within a short walk. As well, we have a coffee shop, diner, MOOG Studios, health food and grocery stores within a 2-5 minute walk (Whole Foods, Trader Joes & Harris Teeter). 5 points is a fun, eclectic, safe, working/creative class neighborhood. So come join in & share the respect of the neighborhood.
