2 Bedrooms , 1 Bathroom , Sleeps 6
Asheville, North Carolina
Welcome to Abner's Cabin! Come stay with us at our quaint and charming 1928 cabin and enjoy some good old Southern Appalachian hospitality. Situated on two private acres less than 10 minutes from downtown Asheville.

As noted in a previous review, the cabin can be difficult to get to at night. The way up is on the narrow side. Once you get there, the cabin is quaint, surrounded by woods. We saw a couple of deer walking in the field...More

About the neighbourhood
Abner's Cabin is located in a private setting on 2 acres overlooking horse farms. There is plenty of parking at the home and there is a carport if you prefer. It is very close to the French Broad River which is the only river in North America that flows north and eventually ends in the Mississippi River. It's central location allows visitors easy access to canoeing and kayaking, skiing and snowboarding, fly-fishing and golfing, hiking and climbing, site-seeing and eating at some of the finest restaurants in the Southeast. Take a day to visit the Biltmore House or treat yourself and spend a day at the Spa at GrovePark Inn where you can finish the evening enjoying the sunset on the Inn's terrace. There is so much to do in the Asheville area and Abner's is a great place... more
