This home is just a short walk through the resort's landscaped greenery to The Grand Hyatt, Shipwreck Beach, or to Poipu Beach Park and Brennecke Beach. Located in the prestigious Poipu Kai Resort you have the additional amenities of a resort with the calm, secluded advantage of a traditional neighborhood. Amenities include the use of the Poipu Kai pool and spa, plus tennis courts (small court fee). You can even catch an 'ocean glimpse' of the blue Pacific from the second floor lanai.
The expansive vaulted living room provides a wonderful gathering place for the entire party. Upscale furnishings, wide screen TV, wet-bar, and comfortable seating quickly put you into a relaxed mode to enjoy your vacation. The open floor plan encourages everyone in the kitchen and dining areas to be part of the conversation, and opens onto the deck where you can BBQ up the catch of the day.
The modern kitchen with its practical and handsome finishes of granite and fine woodwork is a great platform for your culinary adventure. Breakfast bar seating for 4 plus 4 more at the breakfast table gets your party ready quickly for a hard day of fun in the sun. The formal dining table seats 8.
The main master bedroom suite is on the 2nd floor, which is where the primary living/dining area is located. It features a queen bed and TV/DVD viewing. Recently remodeled, the tiled master bath includes a large custom walk-in shower, and double sinks.
The first floor of the home includes the following bedrooms and baths plus the laundry area: BOTANICAL ROOM - a master suite with king bed, TV/DVD viewing, and a small table to set up your computer. The private bath has a large tiled shower and vanity. A delightful patio awaits you for your morning meditations. . . OCEAN ROOM - with a king bed and private lanai and small table for a game of solitaire. TV/DVD viewing provided HONU ROOM - features two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed. Both the Ocean room and the Honu room share a 'jack and jill' bath.
All 4 bedrooms have air conditioning in their sleeping areas and plenty of closet space. For parties larger than 8 guests we can provide two inflatable twin beds. A play-n-pack is available for parties with an infant.
FREE FITNESS CLUB AMENITIES INCLUDE: cardio workout room, weight lifting equipment, exercise room (and classes), poolside table and chaise lounges, restaurant and bar and pool/hot spa with waterslide! 'We had an awesome time in this beautiful home. We had both sets of parents and our two year old boy and it was the perfect place to choose for our wedding destination. Also having access to the buckets and towels for the beach was a great asset to us the kitchen has everything that your need. This is a great place to stay all the in laws loved there accommodations and having there own bathrooms.
