Charming three bedroom bungalow on a quiet street in Thorpe St. Andrew, Norwich, which is ideally situated two miles east of the historical city centre and only a 30 minutes drive to the Norfolk Broads and clean sandy beaches. The house is very comfortable, well equipped and beautifully furnished. It has 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 king bed & 2 singles & travel cot). It also has a large private garden full of trees, pretty flowers, shrubs and lawn and a patio area with table and chairs.

Applegarth is a great little gem of a bungalow in Thorpe St. Andrew Norwich. The moment you set foot inside, you'll feel like you're in your home away from home. The bungalow features everything you need for a perfect family holiday in England.
My Family and I have had two great stays at this bungalow, once in the summer time and once over Christmas. The bungalow features two good sized bedrooms with double beds, and one "Childrens" Bedroom with two single beds. There is a cozy lounge with a fireplace and a large TV, as well as a nice dining area, and a good sized fully equipped kitchen (Big Fridge/Freezer, Stove/Oven, Sink, Dish Washer, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Washer/Dryer, etc...)
The bathroom features a bathtub/shower, toilet, lavatory, and heated towel rack.
There is a children's Travel Cot, as well as a high chair, for families traveling with small children.
Just outside the back of the bungalow is a nice little patio, which extends into a...

Myself & my family had a fantastic holiday, the weather was good & to come back to a lovely bungalow with such a fantastic relaxing garden was great & made our holiday.

Applegarth was being like home from home it had all the facilities which you required. The kitchen equipment was 1st class, the beds were comfortable & the garden was peaceful & secure. My grandchildren spent lots of time in the garden they loved it.

It was in a great location between Norwich & Gt Yarmouth giving you complete access to lots of places to go & things to do. All the information leaflets provided in the bungalow were very useful for places to go & places to eat out or have takeaway.

The access to the wifi, Internet & things like Netflix & other channels were good but it would have been nice to have normal TV in the evening when the grandchildren were asleep.

Norwich is said to be the most complete medieval city in England. It has an amazing Norman Castle and cathedral, together with lots of historical buildings and churches. There is also an impressive open-air market and a fantastic selection of shops and boutiques with an eclectic blend of independent and multiple retailers in two shopping malls and in the 'Norwich Lanes'. There are also theatres, museums,galleries, cafes, restaurants and sports and leisure facilities.

Driving from the house to the city centre is very easy and there are numerous car parks in the city, the most popular being The Castle Mall car park.

There are regular buses nearby into the city centre which leave approximately every 10 minutes. The nearest bus stop is a five minute walk from the house....
