All-year round accommodation. For those travelling together but wishing to sleep separately beds can be arranged as singles, mattress toppers are provided for additional comfort. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting room. Weather often good enough here to eat outside in the winter.

Rural location, easy access to A92 motorway, Malaga and Granada, ideal centre for exploring region or for walkers/cyclists all year round and for trips to Malaga or Granada.

Interaction with guests
Although the property is attached to the main house, I (the manager) am the only occupant for much of the year and at all times guests' privacy will be respected. However, we are on hand if you find yourselves in need of help in any way. We have a holiday rental agreement which notes our procedure with regard to cancellations and the booking deposit; we ask that you read it. We may be able to re-accommodate you on another date in the event that you find yourselves needing to cancel your holiday. Reviews/copies of guests' comments available upon request.

Absolutely perfect. If you are looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful to recharge, then this casita is just an amazing place to be. Fabulous views to look out on, a nice terrace to enjoy the views from whilst enjoying a drink or a meal and...More

About the neighbourhood
A typically Spanish village with 2 bars and a small well-equipped supermarket. The nearest bar is pleased to provide meals - usually safer to ask in advance!!! A car is needed to go further afield - nearest town is about 15 mins by car. This is a destination for those seeking privacy and peace and quiet.
Getting around
It depends what sort of holiday you want. Granada and its attractions - notably, the Alhambra, is within an hour's drive. Malaga, a similar distance, has just as much to offer - obviously it's beaches rather than the Sierra Nevada but also museums, the theatre, great shopping and the old quarter with its castle and quirky shopping district. Cordoba is little more than an hour by autoroute.

For nature lovers and walkers there is varied local walking, the nature park, El Torcal, Camino del Rey and a number of lakes that are within driving distance.

Airport: Malaga: 60.0 km
We are just under one hour's very easy drive from Malaga airport. From the A92 motorway that links Malaga with Granada, we are about 8 kms from exit 1. If you are able to use Granada airport then we are about 50 minutes drive. Summer 2017, Easyjet flights are available between Gatwick, UK and Granada.
