South Newfane, Vermont
Adams Hill House is a European-style luxury estate, consisting of 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 11 acres of grounds. It abuts several thousand acres of managed woodlot with many trails for mountain biking and cross country skiing. The property has beautiful long range views to the west and south. The long drive provides extreme privacy for the group or family who wants to enjoy a serene country experience, but with access to all that Vermont has to offer - music, the arts, organic locally produced cheese and produce, fine dining, skiing, hiking and water sports .

The house was designed and built by an artist-architect as his personal residence. The two master suites have amazing ensuite German limestone baths with large soaking tubs, sitting areas and fireplaces, while the two smaller family bedrooms each have a half bath.

About the neighbourhood
The house is out in the countryside of South Newfane, right on the Dover border. Instead of being closed in by trees (though you see a lot of them), you have sweeping views to the north, west and south. It is very private - you don't see any houses except on the ridge four miles to the west, yet you are only minutes from skiing, great restaurants and shopping.
