This cozy and very convenient 'Ground Floor' 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom home is the perfect family rental to enjoy South Padre Island to its fullest. The Condo has a large flat screen TV in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. One queen size bed in the main bedroom and another queen bed and a twin in bedroom #2, with a TV in each bedroom. There is a vertical washer and dryer center conveniently located in the home and close to the bedrooms. The beach is just a brisk walk (about 4-5 minutes) East from the condo. South Padre Island main street is half a block away to the West, very close to several restaurants and novelty retail stores. I am local... my wife and I live about 25 minutes away and are available if needed. I have installed an electronic lock on the main door, and will program a personalized access code for you (which will only work for the length of your stay). So... no keys are required. Also, I have been compiling a binder with information, which is at the condo, for your benefit. I have listed my favorite restaurants, addresses and phone numbers among other information.

About the neighbourhood
Walk East for about five minutes and you'll find yourself on the wonderful South Padre Island sandy beach, directly facing the Gulf of Mexico's waters. Walk West and you'll encounter Padre Blvd, South Padre Island's main street. The property is also just ta couple of blocks away from the famous and outstanding Black Beards restaurant, an icon in SPI for seafood or hamburgers. You'll find several novelty stores on Padre Blvd, with a large assortment of souvenirs. The area where the property is located is very quiet during Winter, and very active during Spring Break and the Summer months. The property has very convenient parking for at least two vehicles.
