As you can see from the photograph Santa Ana is just across the road from the beach so has stunning sea views. There are numerous bars and restaurants nearby from your typical Spanish chringuito (beach bar) with freshly cooked sardines and other fish dishes to restaurants offering international cuisine. The apartment is south facing so benefits from the sun all day and has a small furnished terrace. There is air conditioning to all the bedrooms and the lounge. There is a small gated parking area and also an underground garage parking space available for guest use. A €50 refundable deposit is required for the remote control. Television channels available are BBC, ITV, Channel 4 & 5 etc., with movies and tv shows, music and radio stations. A safe is installed for valuables. Good size fully equipped kitchen with full oven & hob, dishwasher & washing machine. Bedroom 1 has air conditioning, a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and the window is double glazed. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, air conditioning and with fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, air conditioning and a separate w.c. and wash basin. Main road location so expect some road noise. Second floor apartment with no lift access. There is no pool but excellent location to beach. Although this apartment is marked as smokers welcome smoking is strictly not allowed inside the apartment. We ask our smoking guests to use the outside space and thank them for their co-operation. Check in time for the accommodation is 16.00pm and check out is 10.00am but this is flexible and we try to have all our guests in and settled as soon as we can. Travel cots, pushchairs, high chairs, sun loungers, beach umbrellas, cool boxes, fans etc., are all available for hire. Enquire about rental costs. If there is something you need for your holiday that we don´t rent out ourselves let us know and we will try and source it for you. Bed linen and 1 bath and 1 hand towel provided per week for each guest. Beach towels are not provided but are available for rent at a cost of 2.50 pounds per guest per stay. This apartment is managed by a husband and wife team with 10 years experienced in the holiday rental market. We pride ourselves on the service we offer and in making your holiday stress free as we know how hard people work for their annual break, as do we. We have over 15 properties advertised on Holiday Lettings. Airport transfers can be arranged through our own website if required. On your day of arrival you will be met at the property with the keys. For guests with a flight arrival time after 22.00PM there will be a 15 pound meet & greet charge. About the neighbourhood
The people who visit Benalmadena return year after year as the area has so much to offer. Cultural Activities, Malaga City open top bus tour, the Picasso Museum, Granada - Alhambra Palace, Ronda, Seville and much more. Benalmadena even has its own Open top bus tour and a local museum. Leisure activities includeWaterparks, Sealife Centre, Paloma Parque, Selwo Dolphinarium, Fishing TripsWorld Famous MarinaCable CarTivoli Amusement Park All are really good value for money. Fireworks displays San Juan, 23rd June. The best view from the terrace of this apartment. Virgen del Carmen 16th July
Getting around
The nearest train station is in Arroyo and is about a 25 minute walk down to the apartment and less than €10 in a taxi. Local transport is cheap and very efficient and for those who may use the bus regularly you can buy a discount card which you just swipe as you enter the bus. 1 card can be used for any number of people and the ticket will show you how much was taken and what credit you have left on the card. The card cost €1.80 and you top it up as and when you need it. You purchase these from any tobacco shop and there is one close by to the apartment. Once you have put credit on it will last for 12 months. This card can also be used on the trains from Malaga to Fuengirola.
