Welcome to our Property Finca Rustica, our home from home. Large ground floor apartment with a wrap around garden, large pool and patio area's. The apartment is finished to a high standard. The kitchen is well equipped and includes dishwasher ,fridge/freezer microwave and cooker, as well as ample crockery and cutlery for both indoor and outdoor dining. All 3 bedrooms have ample wardrobe and storage space. 1 Double bedroom with en-suite, 2 further bedrooms have 2 single beds in each. The sofa in the lounge can be converted in 30 seconds to provide sleeping for a further 2 persons if needed.The apartment benefits from air conditioning. Total relaxation

Tranquil location but not far from local restaurants.

Great villa

Finca Rustica is a must

Cartaya village is 5 mins drive away with bars, restaurants and many shops. 10-15 minute drive in the opposite direction is El Rompido championship golf course , sailing and fish restaurants. Cartaya: Small historical town, well known supermarkets for supplies plus a fish market and many small shops,excellent eateries. Lepe: A little town known mostly for strawberry and fruit production. Huelva: Historical town situated appx 45 minutes driving from the villa, bustling port, seafood bars and restaurants. National Park: Sevilla: Fascinating history, famous for being a joyous town, dozens of tapas bars, the city of Carmen and Don Juan.
