Upstairs has: 3 bedrooms with quality mattresses, a bathroom, a south facing office nook with natural light and garden outlook, air con, ceiling fans and a full length mirror (great for wedding guests). Bed arrangements sleep up to 7 (max): Main bedroom - 1 QS bed. 2nd bedroom - 2 long SB OR 1 King Size bed 3rd bedroom - 1 QS bed Travel cot & single futon pull-out mattress are also available. Minimum stays apply: (1) single night stays are available Sun - Thu from May to August inclusive. Contact us directly to organise (can't reserve via calendar). Otherwise minimum stays apply: (2) two night minimum stay applies to most times. (3) three night minimum stay applies to most other public holiday/long weekends. Great location. Short walk to beach. Only noise the sound of the sea. Warm and welcoming accommodation. Little touches that make a world of difference. The hosts extremely friendly and knowledge rich of local area. Cant wait to go back!

This condo is fantastically close to the beach with an incredible cafe. Whilst we choose not to cook, the kitchen is well equiped if we had wanted to use it. Style wise, this holiday rental has an understated sophistication and we felt very at home....More

Ocean Grove is a great location to be based to explore the Bellarine Peninsula. Alice's Palace is literally a stones throw from arguably one of the best beaches on this entire coast line. We had fantastic communication from the Owners, who clearly take their property...More
