Sleeps 4 ideally : queen bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the other. We also have a folding single camp bed that can be set up the the small spare room next to the main bedroom.

LOCATION- BEST POSITION IN MORNINGTON, great for Summer or Winter stays!
This is the perfect spot for fun, rest and relaxation. It is directly opposite the beach. Just stroll across the road, bring the boogie boards and beach chairs ( supplied) and spend the day swimming, reading and relaxing. Walk along the beach and go the the pier. See the fishermen, try fishing or have fish and chips on the pier.
Walk along the parkland and playground area. Follow the historic trail along Main St. Visit the lovely galleries in the area.
Watch the fireworks from the comfort of the balcony on Australia day and see the spectacle.
It is close to the wineries, golf courses, bowls and tennis club, great cafes and restaurants as well as spa resorts. Enjoy fishing ,swimming, sailing, eating, shopping, playing golf, tennis or bowls, picking cherries, walking or just relaxing. Explore Main St with it's boutique shops. Go to the local library nearby and read the papers while you have a coffee at the lovely library cafe. The apartment is near the boat launching ramp so boats are welcome.
It is only 25 minutes drive to the world renown Peninsula Hot Springs where you can spend a day at this world class outdoor collection of natural hot springs and get pampered with massages, treatments, saunas or dip and dine there. Mornington Peninsula is particularly famous for its wineries and fine dining, secluded beaches, as well as Arthur's Seat look-out, mazes and horse riding along the beaches, Moonlit Sanctuary in Pearcedale, Phillip Island penguins, surfing at Gunnamatta or other back beaches, and the coastal attractions of Portsea and Sorrento. You can take the Sorrento-Queenscliff ferry and explore the Bellarine Peninsula.
There are great nature walks and views at Cape Schanck, Mt Martha, Point Nepean, Arthur's Seat, and Red Hill. There are many farmer's and craft markets at Redhill, Mt. Eliza and Mornington as well as the iconic Dromana drive-in, surf beaches of Sorrento and Portsea and great pubs.
Mornington Beach Apartment is great accommodation in the best position. It's a little slice of heaven.
WINTER DELIGHT - Fireplace + great view.
This apartment is wonderful for cosy Winter stays. It has a great log fireplace. Gaze over the bay while toasting your toes near the fire. Walk to Main Street and dine in the many restaurants, hotels and cafes that have open fireplaces.
During the day, go walking along the many beach and bush tracks nearby.
Visit the lovely galleries in the area including the nearby Mornington Peninsula Regional Gallery ( MPRG).
Finally drive to the Penisula Hotsprings to really warm up- pamper yourself with a treatment or just spend the day going in and out of the many natural hotspring pools.
Pop in to the many wineries and Cellar doors along the way and warm up your insides with magnificent dining and wining.
You'll come back feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!

STRICTLY NO PARTIES on the premises. There is a sound curfew in the area and we are mindful of maintaining good relations with our neighbours.
ON DEPARTURE - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Excess rubbish left behind and BBQ used and not cleaned will incur additional charges. All doors and windows must be closed and locked and all electrical appliances and lights turned OFF.
Pets need to be approved prior and there is a $50 pet fee.

We had a fantastic view of the winter bay from our apartment. The wood stove made evenings quite cozy! The location is perfect: its an easy walk to shops or along the beach tracks. We'll definitely be back!

Amazing location, beautiful views and excellent facilities
The apartment is located so close to the beach with lovely walks along the foreshore and fantastic swimming and kayak rental on the beach. It is a short walk to a myriad of shops and cafes. The apartment had excellent facilities and was even stocked with sand toys for the grandkids! We would happily stay again next time we're in the area!

Great location
Great location with beach view and walking distance to Main Street Mornington. Comfortable Unit ideal for one couple with one extra, can fit in two or three more people at a pinch.

Hi Ilana, thanks for your review. Yes the Unit has a queen bed and 2 single beds , so it's ideal for 4 people. A 5th person can be accommodated by using a folding bed in the small spare room if needed.

Great home away from home in a beautiful location

The property and location were absolutely first class, just the ticket.
Stunningly furnished, very comfortable beds, quiet and peaceful, could do with a hand rail on the outside steps. Great welcoming pack, the villa had everything we wanted.

What a beautiful apartment!
Recently renovated, comfortable beds, clean, and best of all right on the beach! the view from the balcony overlooking the ocean is fantastic.
I stayed here with my wife and it was a very relaxing weekend. Highly recommended.
