The location is great park opposite the house. The Beach and jetty is nearby the house is perfect for family's. If in the area again would definitely stay here. Deb (the owner) had tea, coffee and milk for us so we could make a cuppa on arrival. Beds are extremely comfy bbq right opposite in the botanic gardens. 1 hour...

Stunning house with polished wood floors, well appointed kitchen and large living and sleeping spaces on two floors. Ideally located close to the Mornington peninsula and just 5 minutes drive from Frankston centre, beach and rail station (1 hour to Melbourne centre). We stayed here for 8 days and found it to be a perfect base for exploring Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.
