We were in the 2 bedroom unit. The pool was great. The position was perfect. 50 metres to the beach. 150 metres to the shopping centre. 500 metres walk to a great restaurant on the beach. " Waves ".
The unit needs a fly wire security door at the front to allow the breeze to flow through.
The bed in the lounge needs to be replaced or at least a new mattress does. No support at all.
The kitchen is in the laundry.
Still had a great time.

The guest house is perfect for guests seeking to travel without a car, as it is located within 5-10 minute walk from Frankston station as well as the Frankston CBD where you can purchase basic consumables (Woolies,Aldi etc). The house is very clean, and is equipped with air conditioner to keep the main room cooled during hot summer days. The kitchen also has everything it needs, pans, electric burner, fridges, microwaves.. etc, and the beach is also very close to the guest house (around 3 minute walk) so there was no need for us to eat at the beach which was quite nice. The owner, Anna was also kind but most importantly, respectful in the way she treated our opinions on some of the house rules (such as the noice level). Overall, a great guest house at a flexible location, owned by a superv owner.
