Travelled back to Aust from assignment OS and stayed in Sydney for the weekend and found this place which was a great find in a fab location in Manly. Easy access from the airport to Circular Quay and my favourite ferry ride on the harbour to get to Manly. Short taxi ride ($6) to location as its on the hill....

About the neighbourhood
A residential neighbourhood where buses travel constantly up and down nearby Sydney and Pittwater Roads to all surrounding areas and the city. Manly Wharf is in walking distance to catch a boat into the city. I walk from the apartment to everywhere in Manly. If you need a car there is an off street space for a small size car secured behind a gate. For a larger or 2nd car there is a resident parking permit for free unrestricted street parking. For those who find walking up a hill to the apartment from Manly difficult there are frequent bus services which stop on the flat nearby and a taxi rank at the bottom or the hill which cost about $7.

Ferry: Manly Wharf: 1.0 km
Driving to Manly turn left off Sydney Road, main approach road from city or airport, to Birkley Road. Pass first cross street, Raglan St, and house is on the right.
From Manly Wharf head down Belgrave Street, away from Harbour and turn left to Raglan Street at Tennis Courts. Turn right into Birkley Rd and building is on your right.
