The sitting room is where you can lounge about in total comfort, with a gas fireplace, comfy sofas, a large TV with streaming services, an XBOX games console, and a great place for reading. Completing the ground floor is a spacious King bedroom with a homely decorative fireplace. The first floor is accessed via staircase in the living room. The second bedroom is also a king room with a handy ensuite shower and toilet. It has a spacious area for storing clothes and other items. The third bedroom is a twin room with a wash basin, making it convenient for guests to get ready. It has original wood flooring and is a lovely room with beautiful valley views. The fourth bedroom is a cute twin room with a seaside theme which is warm and cosy. The fully enclosed garden has a patio deck, outdoor furniture, a games room, a fire pit, and a barbecue - it's the perfect spot for summer nights spent outdoors with the whole family. The garden also has bike storage to keep your bikes safe while you're away. -Please let us know if you want the third bedroom set up as Single beds or as a King size bed
