Aurora is a delightful, detached, cottage like bungalow, surrounded by its own attractive and well established gardens. The property is new on the holiday market after undergoing a total redecoration. It boasts a large outside decking area, with *** optional five person professional hot tub spa*** (available April to November, or by special arrangement, at additional charge - £100 per week to cover water meter, chemicals and heating charges) and outdoor seating areas. The property benefits from a brand new mains gas condensing combi boiler central heating system. It's situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, with distant views of Holyhead Mountain. The property benefits from wifi, flatscreen smart TV in the living room, along with DVD player and a selection of DVDs. As a new feature, we've now added an Amozon Fire Stick, which is connected to the smart TV. We've preloaded Netflix, BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub, Channel 4 On Demand and My5. Guests with a Netflix account are advised to bring your account details with you, so that you can log on as if you were at home. The master bedroom features a Silentnight Geltex mattress. The twin room features memory foam mattress toppers on both beds and a TV/DVD combi unit and games console plus a selection of games that will keep children and adults occupied, when you're not out exploring the beautiful island of Anglesey. The property is a 10 minute stroll away from Trearddur Bay's sweeping, sandy blue flag beach, high quality restaurants and the local shops. Trearddur Bay is known for its many water sports, including: sailing, canoeing, wind surfing and body boarding. The beach is child friendly and is manned by beach wardens, patrolling throughout the main season. The local golf club is a short walk away and some of the other local actives include: fishing, cycle hire, kayak hire and horse riding. Holyhead is a two mile drive away and has the Dublin Fast Ferry and railway station, along with out of town retail park, supermarkets and direct access to the A-55 expressway. Many other interesting attractions can be found, including Beaumaris Castle, the breath-taking Snowdonia Mountain range, with mountain railway trips to the summit. More

For guests choosing the optional Jacuzzi, access will be required to service and carry out checks on sanitizer levels for your safety. This will be arranged at mutually agreeable times.

The house was perfect. Every thought had gone into the houses presentation and unlike most rentals Dawn had really thought about how to make her customers feel at home. Despite the weather fantastic holiday will be going back.

A beautiful island with plenty of beautiful landscapes to explore. The cottage was a peaceful retreat to relax in at the end of each day. Dawn made us feel very welcome. I would recommend it!

About the neighbourhood
Trearddur Bay, and its renowned Blue Flag beach, is a beautiful community village and seaside resort, located off the South West coast of Holy Island, off the North west coast of Anglesey. At the centre of the beach lies an ancient burial ground which was excavated in 2003. There are two general shops in the centre of the village, along with a garage, a golf course and two hotels. The two beaches - Porth Diana and the main beach - scuba diving sites, and the main beach is one of the tourist hotspots of Anglesey. There is excellent sea fishing in the area. Boat & fishing trips are available from the beach. Horse riding is available and a range of watersports. Visitors can walk along the breathtaking Anglesey coastal path.
Getting around
There are a multitude of things to do locally, all within easy reach by foot. Cycle hire is available in the village, during the main season. If you want to travel further afield, there is a regular bus service from the village to Holyhead and Valley, Llangefni and Bangor. Holyhead railway station is 5 minutes away by car (direct train services to Chester and London), as is Holyhead ferry port, with fast ferries to Dublin, Ireland.
