Tan y Bryn has been recently renovated to the highest standard with all modern conveniences. It has three bedrooms and sleeps six comfortably, plus a double bed settee in the master bedroom if required. It is located on the Penmon corner of the island down its own track in a quiet and peaceful area close to the coast. The property has fantastic views from the living room over the sea to Puffin Island, Penmon Bay and the mountains of Snowdonia. On a clear day it is possible to see the Isle of Man out across the open sea. First floor Kitchen/dining area/lounge The cottage is “upside down” and is entered on the first floor from the parking area. First floor Kitchen/dining area/lounge The cottage is “upside down” and is entered on the first floor from the parking area. The recently refurbished light airy kitchen includes an electric cooker, a freestanding fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher, so you can spend more time relaxing and less time doing the dishes! Wide panoramic windows provide an extensive view of the bay from the dining table which provides seating for six. The comfortable lounge has two 3-seater sofas, an arm chair, coffee table, 32in LCD TV with built in Freeview, DVD player and a CD player. There is an attractive fireplace with elegant fire surround and a log burning stove. The lounge also has a Juliet balcony which shows off the glorious views over the surrounding countryside and sea views. Bedroom 3 (Upstairs) The first floor double bedroom has a double bed, a set of drawers, wardrobe and wall mounted 27in LCD TV with built in Freeview and a DVD player. A sofa bed is also available in this bedroom. Bathroom The first floor family bathroom contains a full-size bath, a separate shower unit, a toilet, hand wash basin and heated towel rail. Ground floor Bedroom 1 (Downstairs) The double bed has matching bedside tables, a set of drawers, a large wardrobe and a 32in LCD TV with built in Freeview and DVD player. This bedroom also has double doors leading to the paved patio area out to the garden. En-suite to bedroom 1 The en-suite consists of a freestanding shower unit, hand wash basin and a toilet. Bedroom 2 (Downstairs) The twin bedroom has two single beds, bedside cabinet, set of drawers and a 27in LCD TV with built in Freeview. Entertainment There is a 32in LCD TV with built in DVD player, Freeview and CD player in the lounge, a 27in LCD TV with built in Freeview and DVD player in bedroom 3, a 32in LCD TV with built in Freeview and DVD player in bedroom 1 and a 27in LCD TV with built in Freeview in bedroom 2. Outside Out by the front door of the property there is a gravel patio area with a picnic table and two garden chairs. At the rear of the property accessed by steps is a paved patio area with a picnic table and garden chairs. A few steps down from the patio is a large lawned garden, a great space for the children and dog to let off steam! There is plenty of parking spaces for Tan Y Bryn. On behalf of the homeowner we reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the property or structure. This will be done by Pre-authorising a credit card. A Pre-authorisation is a temporary hold of a specific amount of the available balance on a credit card. The Pre-authorisation is not a charge and no funds will be debited from your account. The surrounding area On Anglesey, there's something for everyone, whether you're planning a family day out with the kids or a relaxing afternoon on one of our lovely sandy beaches, we hope you like some of the suggestions below: Local Area information For those wanting a more active getaway, the Anglesey Coastal Path, from which you can circumnavigate the island, passes close to the Tan y Bryn. Nearby, Penmon Priory and the eastern tip of the island offer a historic holy site, and places where you can wander near the lighthouse, with a great view of Puffin Island. Llanddona beach is to be found within the beautiful Red Wharf Bay. This lovely beach has its own treasures, including the Bryn Offa wildlife area. Beaumaris is a well-known historic town on the Menai Strait with its medieval castle dating back to the reign of Edward I and its Victorian pier, gaol & courthouse. It is also a major centre for yachting and boasts two golf courses within one mile of the town. Beaumaris also has a programme of events all year round – a music festival, regattas, a bonfire party, Victorian Christmas street party, New Year's Eve fireworks. Dogs are welcome. The property has fantastic views from the living room over the sea to Puffin Island, Penmon bay and the mountains of Snowdonia. On a clear day it is possible to see the Isle of Mann out across the open sea. The cottage is upside down and is entered on the first floor from the car parking area. Upon entering the property the living accommodation consists of an open plan kitchen, dining area and living room. The master bedroom with TV/DVD and main bath and shower room are also located on this floor. The property is ideal for people with minor disabilities or walking difficulties but equally a wheelchair user could easily have access to all this floors facilities with there being only one small step at the main entrance. The kitchen is very well equipped with:- * Washing machine * Fridge / freezer * Dishwasher* * Microwave * Cooker * Iron and ironing board * Hair drier * TV with freeview, DVD and CD player * All linen and towels provided * Beach 30 minute walk * Max 1 dog allowed - £30 per booking Security Deposit is required for this property.
