(DEEP CLEAN FOGGING CARRIED OUT BETWEEN ALL RENTALS) Thanks for looking at our very comfortable 2-6 person holiday home in Central Abersoch. Ideal for family beach holidays or walking holidays. Just 3 or 4 minutes walk to the village, the beach and golf club. Just 20 seconds walk to the Spar. Free parking. Beach chairs, winbdbreak, cool boxes, walking poles provided. Masks & snorkels / fins can also be provied if requested, Selection of board games etc for those (very unlikely) rainy days. Wonderful patio entertaining area with a large gas bbq. Private communal residents' gardens ideal for a kickabout or a game of rounders. Bed linen and towels are provided. Departure by 10am but I will always try to be flexible with arrival and departure upon request if there no back to back bookings. → Bedding and towels are Provided for the number of guests booked. → Wi-Fi - Unlimited Broadband. Fast enough for media streaming thoughout the whole property. Wifi code is clearly displayed inside the house.

Great place to stay and had a lovely relaxing weekend

Stayed for 4 nights house very clean, great location for Abersoch. The owner Tim even text the following day to make sure we had settled in, the weather could have been better but it only rained at night so we got plenty of nice walks...More

Great location Village and Beach within walking distance

Parked the car and didn't use it for the rest of our three day stay. All amenities in very close proximity . Great communication from Tim the host .Accomodation was very clean and offered all necessary facilities including decent wifi . Would stay again

We loved our stay. The property is close to the beach, a food store and the town centre. It has everything you need for a comfy stay and it was really clean

We loved it

Well-furnished and spotlessly clean, we had a great stay. The house is a couple of minutes from the village and the beach and we were always able to park on the road nearby. We'll be back.

Great House, fantastic location.

Couldn't have asked for a better location, house was as described, warm welcome pack and great facilities. When the sun was out the balcony was a great place to relax and enjoy. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you Tim, your house was excellent. Shane

Once you park you can forget about driving completely if you want to until it's time to go home.With the beach and the village a mere 3 or 4 minutes walk away you can give the car a holiday too. Big walks on the doorstep - our favourite is the Hell's Mouth Coastal Path circular. Please note there is a framed OS map on a wall in the house to help you to plan your walks.
