3 Bedrooms , 2 Bathrooms , Sleeps 6
Portpatrick, Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland
Set in a peaceful, rural location between Portpatrick and Stranraer, Laggansally Lodge provides total seclusion for those seeking to explore the delights of the Rhins of Galloway. Beaches, lighthouses, golf courses and renowned gardens enjoy an especially mild climate, happily fairly midge free. Wildlife watchers, walkers and cyclists are in for a treat! Opportunities to try your hand at both freshwater and sea-fishing abound.

Laggansally is a newly built spacious bungalow with comfortable excellent quality furnishings and everything you need to enjoy a home away from home, plus that little bit more. We provide everything from luxury bedding and towels to wood for the woodburning stove. The house is warm with oil fired central heating and a modern Rayburn. About the neighbourhood
The Rhins of Galloway boasts a diverse array of things to do. For example a visit to the Mull of Galloway Nature Reserve, managed by the RSPB, is well worthwhile. Be sure to venture up the lighthouse while you're there!

Lovely Lochryan is well known for migratory birdwatching as is Corsewall Point on the northwest tip of the peninsula from which you'll see the passing ferries, suggesting another great idea for a day out, Cairnryan to Belfast with on board distractions.

Stranraer is a pleasant town with cafes, restaurants, hotel, swimming pool, gy...
