Portpatrick, Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland
The cottage is constantly upgraded and we have recently installed a new smart TV and blue tooth speaker (in the kitchen/dining area). Solid oak floors, throughout, open fires and other original features add to the character of this unique property.

Number1 Dinvin Street accommodates a maximum of 6 people. There are three bedrooms; two twin rooms upstairs, which share a bathroom, and a double downstairs, with en suite facilities.

1 Dinvin Street Portpatrick we have just spent a relaxing week in this lovely cottage. The cottage is very clean, cosy, comfortable, well equipped and in an excellent location. We took our springer spaniel who loved the large garden at the rear of the property. We will look forward to booking this cottage again.

We have just returned home from a weeks holiday at 1 Dinvin Street. The cottage was beautifully presented spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The kitchen and dining area was a lovely family room where the 4 of us enjoyed cooking listening to music and playing board games. The garden is amazing our dogs loved it. We thought it would...

Management response:

Delighted to hear that you had such an enjoyable break at our cottage. Look forward to welcoming you back in the summer! Kenneth and Sarah

We had a lovely week in this cosy cottage. The house was very clean and well equipped; the WiFi was much apreciated by our teenage daughter!! The kitchen/diner was huge with an open fire, the lounge although cosy with an open fire does only seat 3 people, however it will not stop me from returning as a family of 4....

About the neighbourhood
The village lies at the closest point between Scotland and Ireland and was for many years the main mail and passenger link between the two countries.

The cottage is a two minute stroll from the harbour where you can enjoy a drink outside one of the local pubs as you watch the boats come and go.
