We recently travelled to the cottage and spent Monday to Saturday there. The pro's and cons are:
Fantastic location (once you are in situ)
Good for dogs
Very good booking process, we were upgraded to this cottage.
Good walks from your front door
Easy access to Portpatrick
The track down to the cottage is not suitable for a family car. It is over a mile of hard and rough terrain and we punctured the car tyre, delaying our return.
The 2 bedrooms are not separate, they are walk through from one to another. This is ok if you are taking kids, but we were with another adult. This proved awkward and should have been obvious from the description.
Overal, we would not return as whilst the location is great the access is a real problem.
